Janelle stepped in and made the whole process so simple: we packed our stuff and she took care of nearly everything else. Really. From compiling a punch list of things that needed to be fix, to staging the house, Janelle and Eric handled all of it. It was always very clear what was happening, when it would happen, and how much it would cost (approximately). We could have vetoed any change, but we decided to leave it all in Janelle's hands.
