Janelle and Eric sold our townhome in Mountain View. We had an excellent experience, and they managed to give us this experience despite us being 3,000 miles away and not traveling to the Bay Area at all during the transaction.

When it came time to sell our Eichler home, the best decision we made was to work with Janelle and Eric at Compass. We didn't have a lot of time to manage the fix-up project. Janelle stepped in and made the whole process so simple: we packed our stuff and she took care of nearly everything else. Really.
From compiling a punch list of things that needed to be fix, to staging the house, Janelle and Eric handled all of it. It was always very clear what was happening, when it would happen, and how much it would cost (approximately). We could have vetoed any change, but we decided to leave it all in Janelle's hands. We're glad we did.
At the end of the day, the house was on the market for 5 days and had multiple offers over the asking price. Of course nobody can guarantee this kind of result, but Janelle/Eric got it for us.
